Update on our firefighters in California: Lt. Matt Quade, Captain Jason Rutherford and Driver Wayne Pietzsch have assisted in laying over 3 miles of fire hose across a hilltop to give crews a water supply for structure protection. They have also participated in clearing brush around structures so that they are more defensible if fire approaches. They anticipate being assigned burnout operations today to help fellow firefighters gain better control of the wildfire. As of Wednesday morning, the Creek Fire has burned 212,744 acres and is 18 percent contained.

We had a roof leak that we found first thing in the morning, and they were prompt in returning my frantic call and getting someone to our home within two hours to put a tarp on our roof as a preventative measure especially since there was more rain 🌧️ in the forecast.
After that, I had reached back out to have them double-check for any water damage as a result of the leak, and they were quick to respond and take time out of their day to take a look. After what I felt like was a thorough inspection, we, fortunately, do not have any water damage, but if anything similar happens again, we will definitely be reaching back out for their services!"
