September, aka Kids Month, has been amazing!!! As we mentioned, getting adjusted at an early age has so many benefits.
It also empowers them! They know they can talk about how they feel and when something does not feel right. Catching an issue early can make all the difference!!!

It is very important to ensure we support healthy habits like sitting up straight. Our bodies are amazing & adaptive! However, it is important that we foster good adaptation rather than those with lasting negative effects.
A great example of a good habit is being physically active. The more active we are, the more our body & mind craves these behaviors. Bodies in motion like to stay in motion, even into our senior years!
Project your lower back & neck by sitting up straight & holding your electronic device higher - even slightly away to lessen eye fatigue.
