#transformationtuesday This has been deleted and reposted a few times because I doubted that I am confident with sharing these raw pictures. But know there are those who need to see that it can be done with or without surgery. I lost 87 lbs prior to my surgery and that was done with simple diet and exercise. I have gone from a size 26/28(3xl) to a 14/16(large)and lost a total of 198 lbs and lots of inches!!! I enjoy working out, most of the time but my most favorite thing about my transformation is the fact I can run around with my kids and I have the energy to go all day! I have been blessed with a support system like no other and encouragement all around me! If you have any questions please reach out to me, I’m very open about my journey and always like to inspire, encourage and help! My goal going into 2021 is to not only accept but BELIEVE the encouragement. I’m my own worst critic and my mind is still lagging when it comes to the weight loss. Thank you all❤️☺️
