3/4 million dollar dream home we removed all carpet and painted a few months ago. Interior trim, crown molding, doors, ceiling, and walls. 2 coats top to bottom
Small exterior with added window details and a beautiful view In the chambers hills. This was a fun little strait forward home.
The mohawk general store. Built in 1914. There are over 50 pieces of conduit, waterlines sewer lines vents , etc. Penetraiting the exterior wall that i had to cut around. Not including windows. Making this one of the most complicated. Siding jobs I have ever done. Every cut and every hole had to be exact and precise. I loved the challenge. And can't wait to go back next year to reside the back wall. We will be residing one wall a year untill the building looks brand new.
Small bridge style picture frame deck we rebuilt to make it safer and wider For the new owners. Stain will be done this spring to match the new siding and paint colors of the home.
We replaced all of the outdated windows on our recently sided wall of the Mohawk General Store With new Vinyl Windows. The transformation of the wall from before to after is amazing and this is why I love doing what I do.
Just to put this out there i am very much against retrofitting windows into the casing of the old wood windows,( cutting off flanges of the vinyl windows and fastening windows through the side of the windows) witch is what most contractors do because it is quick and easy. Not only does it void the warranty of the windows, but they all leak, costing you thousands in the near future.
We take the time to remove the old window and casing, framing in and installing the window to the right size thus Allowing the warranty to stay intact and preventing future problems.
Kitchen cabinate install on a new construction home.
Small business interior and exterior paint. Shiplap patio cover and deck staining. Unfortunately I forgot to get photos of the finished product.
Small single wall replaced due to another contractors improper install, as well as replaced all horizontal fascia
Repeat customer hired me to fix water damage from the refriderator supply line leaking in her new home and this ended up expanding to include new flooring through out the main living areas of the home. This included removing old flooring, cutting out old subfloor, and replacing with new, re-insulating beneath the home and fresh vapor barrier. Drywall replacement , paint and removal and reinstalled cabinates on the refridgerator side. We also build a stand for their dryer to bring it up high enough to sit over the vent that went through the floor. Allowing it to sit back far enough to miss the back door.
Small 1950s home. The owners were concerned with led based paint chipping and falling off the walls and their 4 year old son. We replaced all siding, fascia and soffit to rid the home of led. We also ended up insulating the walls, and re-sheathing the entire home to add R value and sheer strength to the home.
