Greetings!
Here at 20 Mile Orthodontics, the health and wellbeing of our patients and staff are a top priority.
We are all adjusting to our new normal and working out all the kinks that have come up along the way. We hope that your family is in good health and spirits during these unchartered times. We are so happy to be seeing you all again and getting back into the groove of things. With that being said, we wanted to share the precautions that we have in place here at the office for the safety of all who enter in the building. Please see the list below and, as always, let us know if you have any questions.
• MASKS: 😷😷😷
* EVERY person who enters the building must wear a mask. (Mandated 7.17.2020)
• CHECKING IN:
*Please call or text when you arrive for your appointment. If you text, please wait for a response before coming inside. We encourage parents to wait in the car during the appointment. We are limited to the number of people we can have in the building, and we use all of them for patients.
If you do decide to utilize the waiting area; a mask must always be worn and you must maintain 6 feet of social distancing from others. With that being said, we are also not allowed to have siblings in the
waiting room at any time.
*Please also remember to stay 6 feet back from the front desk staff when scheduling and such.
• TREATMENT AREA:
*The American Dental Association is still advising that only patients be allowed in the treatment area. We know that a lot of you have questions and that the kiddos are not always the best messenger. We are here for you! Just let us know at check-in that you would like to speak to someone after the appointment, and we are happy to oblige.
• CHECKING OUT:
*Whenever possible, we ask that you call or text to schedule the next appointment for you or your child. If you prefer in person, please wait until the appointment is complete, then come inside to schedule the next one (Mask required).
• PHONE CALLS:
*Our phone usage has increased substantially with the new measures in place. We do our best to answer all calls and return missed calls in a
timely matter. If you need someone or something specific, texting is the fastest way of communication. If you send us a text, we can respond or call you back when we have a moment.
We appreciate your understanding and patience as we do what we can to stay safe and efficient.
