Tip of the week! Shower head with low water pressure? Mix a solution of equal parts white vinegar and water (you'll need about 1 cup), and pour it into a plastic bag. Put the plastic bag around the shower head so the holes are immersed in the liquid, and secure the bag to the shower arm with a twist tie. Allow it to soak for 15-20 minutes. Then, wipe away loosened deposits. Run the shower with hot water to flush and you’re all set! #plumbing #plumberslife
Tip of the week! Toilet continuously running? Is your water bill higher than usual? You can perform a ‘dye test’ to determine the cause. Remove lid off of your toilet tank. Drop food coloring dye into tank. Wait 10 minutes and check toilet bowl. If food color is in the bowl, your flapper may be bad. Make sure to flush after test to ensure dye doesn’t stain your bowl. #plumbing #plumbingtips
