Building Manager Jesús always dreamed of producing his own shows. As an Audio Engineer, Jesús toured globally with the Circus for 6 years. He has friends all over the world, and even lived in Switzerland for 2 years while on tour. Jesús crossed over to Building Management once his daughter was born, and currently manages 4540 Center Boulevard. During his free time, Jesús enjoys sailing with his family. Always industrious, Jesús noticed his vintage sailboat needed new cushions so he bought an old sewing machine and is trying to teach himself to sew.

TF Cornerstone functions community work under the overarching theme of ‘Building Together’. We believe no community can build alone. Contributions from every person matter. When 696 Build in Queensbridge, an organization built to cure violence, reached out to request help for kids in need of electronic devices, as they could no longer function out of their space, we called on our community. Immediately, Shine Electronics Co., Inc in Long Island City reached out to donate devices for all youth in need. TFC stands firm on uplifting our community through communication, collaboration, & compassion. Thank you to Elliot Park, CEO of Shine Electronics for putting support into action toward our most vulnerable youth.
Building Manager Ahmed greets life with a “hard work pays off” attitude.
Fifteen years ago, Ahmed joined TFC as Building Manager of 95 Horatio. Prior to this Ahmed worked as Director of Operations for NY Presbyterian hospital, managing 22 of their buildings. Even before moving to New York in 1981, Ahmed worked in Aviation, as an Air Traffic Engineer for Cairo’s International Airport. Ahmed fondly recalls one of the benefits of that job: free travel! ✈️

A sentiment that Dino learned from a young age. Coming from Germany and speaking little to no English, Dino fought tirelessly to make a life for himself in America. Starting at TFC as a porter in 2006, Dino worked his way up to his current position as Building Manager for 4615 Center Blvd. Dino says his success stems from his positive attitude, perseverance, and passion for mechanics. In fact, Dino went to school to become a car technician, and when he’s not attending to his building manager duties, he can be found working on his Volkswagen CC, cheering his son on at his basketball games, exploring nature with his family, or enjoying a Real Madrid soccer match.
