About

Drawing on some of the most popular American entrees, Chef Greg Smith takes the freshest ingredients, like Salmon and Tri-Tip Steak, and transforms them into some of the most loved menu options in Hardin, Mt. With almost two dozen years cooking and smoking meats, Smith incorporates his life-long love of food with influence from various places he’s traveled to.

Located along I-90 and highway 21, it is the perfect stopping point for people traveling to the Yellowtail Dam , Sheridan, Wyoming or anywhere else on the I-90 corridor.
So stop into 3 Brothers Bistro for a great meal in a modern, upscale environment.

HISTORY:

Greg & Kerri Smith purchased the property, including restaurant space and the Center Cinema theater complex, from Greg Smith’s mother, Dione Smith. Dione ran Center Cinema for many years and what is now 3 Brothers was a simple ice cream parlor. Dione retired and passed the family business down to Greg & Kerri. And the Bistro was named for the Smith’s three boys. The bistro has been completely redesigned, with a few pieces of memorabilia from the past. Stop in for a bite and some interesting stories from Hardin’s past.
