It’s the final week of 2020 and that means it’s time for our annual Harry Potter Trivia. A special Tuesday night edition. This will be a fun, busy night. We’ll be working with guests to find the best seating for teams of all sizes. We will broadcast in the Beer Hall, Taproom, Mezzanine and Event Room, which means that even though we have to spread out we have plenty of seating for everyone.

It’s FriYay! This weeks small batch beer is a Single Hop Pale Ale using Mosaic hops. 6.2% ABV / 32 IBUs. This beer has a nice aroma of tropical fruits and dankness. Its a very easy and enjoyable beer. You should definitely try it out. According to our Brewmaster, Gavin, he thinks we somewhat subconsciously put this beer together because the Interstate Lager, our new pilsner, has increased in popularity and we were looking for a nice, light second hoppy edition.

2020 was a doozy! To close out a crazy year we brewed not one but TWO collabs under our Symbol Brewing Company label with our buddies from Turning Point Beer. Quaranteam was released in December and now it's time to Peace Out ✌🏼and rid the world of any bad vibes.
Peace Out ✌🏼is a double hazy IPA that was dry hopped with Belma, Motueka and Pacific Sunrise hops. 8.5% ABV // 39 IBUs. Dry hopped with an astounding 4.4 pounds of hops per barrel.

We took our Texas Pilsner and dry hopped it German Perle and Magnum hops to add a nice amount of noble spice and grassy notes. 4.9% ABV / 30 IBUs. Have you noticed the rise of lager beers in the last several months? They are coming back and we predict that half of the breweries will have them in their portfolio come 2022.
Speaking of lagers, tomorrow night we welcome our favorite, Missing 3, to the Interstate Lager stage. They go on at 7pm.

It’s FriYay! If you stop by this weekend, you might notice something new, actually 12 somethings new. 12 new picnic tables have arrived, courtesy of our Operations Manager, David Rush. David spent the past few weeks building these tables to increase and improve our Biergarten seating. These tables will allow us to rearrange some other tables in the Pavilion, Mezzanine, and Private Room. When the nice weather arrives, we’ll be ready!!
This rainy weather is the perfect setting for this week’s small batch beer. A Snickerdoodle Cookie Stout. Using Devout as our base we added the necessary ingredients to make this one taste exactly like a doughy sugar cookie with cinnamon added. Yum!
Don’t forget today we launch our Friday Fish Fry! 2 pieces of catfish, hushpuppies, fries and tarter sauce for $13. Anyone who’s not eating meat on Fridays, or those who just loves catfish, this ones for you!
We plan to have this every Friday until Easter. Depending on it’s popularity it could become a permanent fixture.
