This plan is designed to provide a robust streaming service that can often handle multiple devices streaming at once. It is great for small and medium size families. Speeds up to 100Mbps depending on equipment used.
-Unlimited Service (reasonable usage)
-Average Ping (Latency) under 50ms
-Plan is VPN capable
-VOIP supported
-Over 99% uptime
-Good for live streaming when speeds/capacity allows
-Not intended for streaming more than 3 devices simultaneously
-Defined as excessive data usage (after 400GB or more of usage will be suspended until next refresh date)
-Not recommended for 4k streaming
-Plan will stream a max resolution of 1080 but resolution will be impacted by final speeds
-Actual speeds will be impacted by your proximity to tower location, obstructions, and area population.
Misuse/Abuse Policy
All of our plans are subject to cancellation for violation of the intended usage policy or the misuse policy of the network carrier. Service can be cancelled without notice. Violations of misuse policy include but are not limited to, plan sharing or using our plans to provide Internet for multiple residences, use of multiple video gaming systems on a single plan. Excessive gross data consumption of 400GB or more, conducting illegal activities or downloading illegal content.

Tomorrow morning 8/25/20 from 12:01 A.M -6 A.M there will be maintenance on our towers. If your system does not come back on after this time unplug the main power supply for 10 minutes and plug it back in. If there are any issues call 260-627-7132 for further assistance.
Everyone on T-Mobile network should have service back on. The maintenance and tower updates are complete since 10 p.m. last night. If your service is still not working you may need to reboot the main power supply.
Customers that are on T-Mobile networks will be experiencing an outage due to maintenance and updating the towers. At this point we don't have an ETA when everyone will be up and running. But so far they updated us sometime today.
We have rebooted the Union Chapel Tower, everyone on the tower should be back up in a couple minutes.
Our customers that are on AT&T towers for their internet now can check their data usage. Data limits are still at 400GB and service will suspend until the next cycle date when that sim card was activated. We will being doing maintenance on our towers between 8:30-8:45 a.m. this morning. This is only for our customers that are on our Chapel LTE towers. If your system does not come back up after 8:45 a.m. please reboot main power supply. DO NOT PRESS THE RESET BUTTON.
We have contacted AT&T this morning and there is still no updates for the lines that went down on Thursday. The AT&T engineers are working on this issue. We will update once we hear updates from AT&T.
ATT currently is having a nationwide outage for 10% data users. Right now they are working on the issue and trying to get everyone that is out back up and running.
T-Mobile is back up and running. If your internet is not back up yet, please try unplugging main power supply for at least 5 minutes and plug it back in.

Just a reminder to all of our customers on AT&T. As of May 9, 2020 the data plans have changed to 400GB/month. We have no control over this issue. We have sent out emails regarding this immediately when we were notified. If you use your 400GB of data you will be suspended until next cycle date of that sim card. You can now check your data at http://usagereporting.com/checkusage.html . You will need your account number, you can facebook message, email ashley@3riverswifi.com or call at 260.627.7132. This website (https://www.att.com/support/data-calculator/) is a tool to calculate how much usage you possibly use. We can't activate any new sim cards.

We had an outage last night and everything is back online. If you are still offline, reboot your main power supply for 5 minutes. After plugging it back in it should take up to 20 minutes to come back online.

AT&T update: Most lines are activating tonight. If you are still out please reboot (unplug) your modem (not the router). Some are indoor modems and some are outdoor modems If you are confused reboot both. If it doesn't come on please send an IM to us and we will get you scheduled for a card swap. Please only use IM to contact. This is how we will go through the scheduling process for those cards that need swapped out. We will call or email you in the morning to schedule the swap. Thanks
AT&T UPDATE: Many of the cards have come back on line and they are working on the rest of them. It is a slow process. We are hoping that they will all come on yet tonight. There will be some that do not come up, and will have to be replaced. We will know more tomorrow which cards will need replaced. We will update as soon as we have more information. If we don't update again then that means we have nothing more to update.
The only update we have as far as the AT&T cards is that they are aware of the problem and have been working on it ever since the 31st.
I know this if frustrating. It is for us as well. Unfortunately we have no control over this.
