March 8th we celebrate International Women’s Day, but here at Kimpton, we want to celebrate our strong female leads every day. This is Abby, she started her Kimpton journey in 2015 as a Hostess then worked her way up to Restaurant Manager as of 2019. She immediately fell in love with Kimpton from her first day and knew she wanted to continue to grow within the company. Her advice to women is “Step outside your comfort zone, push your own limits, and surprise yourself. You are the only person standing in the way of your journey. Move her to the side and show her how it’s done.”
