Mayor Kirk Caldwell announced a new plan of action for the City and County of Honolulu which will take effect Thursday, September 24.
As of tomorrow, Oahu will be in Tier 1 and will remain in Tier 1 for four weeks or until we meet two consecutive weeks of Tier 2 criteria. Tier 1 requires that the 7-day average of cases is less than 100 and the positivity rate must be less than 5%.

One of our awesome team members (Troy Gouveia) put out a fire yesterday while doing routine maintenance for a building association. As it turns out, Troy was changing sewer clean outs in the common area when he noticed the smell of smoke. Upon further investigation, Troy saw smoke coming from one of the apartments down the hall and rushed into action. Troy’s bravery not only saved the unit from burning down, but may have saved the lives of many in the process. We are also happy to report that Troy is doing well after being taken to the hospital for possible smoke inhalation. Today we thank Troy for his bravery and selfless action to go beyond the call of duty!

Supporting our keiki is something that we take seriously as a local company. Through sports, art music, and many other activities, our keiki can learn valuable lessons and broaden their horizons.
