We’ve packed this week’s waist-expanding, mind-blowing creation with flavors that will stuff your belly –and sooth your soul!
A hefty stack of Shaved Smoked Ham is topped with slices of Neuske’s Bacon and served up on a toasted Torpedo Roll slathered with tangy Chipotle Aioli. Adding to that outrageous goodness, we pile on a spicy, grilled Chicken Breast topped with creamy, melted Swiss Cheese. Our Barbacoa is made with slow-roasted brisket simmered with traditional Mexican seasonings including smoky chipotle chili peppers, fresh onion cilantro, clove and garlic. Our Red Chicharrones Tacos start with fried pork cracklings steeped in a red salsa made using fresh Roma tomatoes, serrano chili peppers, onion, garlic cumin, and bay leaves. This week we’re bringing the meat, the heat and the cheese! Our FAT PANTS FRIDAY special is three kinds of cheeseburger bliss with enough sriracha and chipotle tossed in to make sure your taste buds stand up and salute!
We start with some fierce French Fries tossed in a Sriracha Glaze. Stacked on top? A toasted Brioche Bun with a touch of Chipotle Aioli and an All-Beef Burger with melted American Cheese and two strips of savory, crispy Apple-Smoked Bacon. Second burger? Another Beef Patty this time topped with Melted Swiss and our famous House-Made Bacon Jam – plus Blazer’s Cheddar Sauce for a bit of wretched excess. Next up?
