Due to the decreasing daylight hours and declining weather, we are moving our outdoor workouts back to our 9Round gym location during the week (5668 E 2nd St.), Monday through Friday. On Saturday mornings, outdoor workouts will continue at Mother's Beach (5839 Appian Way).
Reservations for outdoor workouts can be made through your Member Portal to reserve your spot. Bring your gloves, hand wraps, PULSE heart rate monitor, and plenty of water!
