Given global and regional concerns regarding COVID-19 we wanted to share the extra precautions we are taking to keep our customers and technicians protected.
In conjunction with closely monitoring the recommendations of various government health agencies (CDC Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and WHO World Health Organization) as well as local and state authorities we are taking the following steps:
• Each technician will be equipped with foaming hand soap to disinfect his/ her hands upon entering your home.
• Each technician will be wearing disposable latex gloves or work gloves when touching any surfaces in your home.
• At customers request our technicians will wear a disposable mask.
• Our technicians will be using Steri-Fab (hospital grade disinfectant) to disinfect all work equipment.
• Each technician will have his/ her temperature taken each morning, anyone displaying a temperature of 99.5 degrees or higher will be required to go home.
• Any employee displaying cold/ flu like symptoms will be required to stay home in order to prevent the spread of germs.
• Educating our staff daily on COVID-19 symptoms and prevention.
