An update on the silo on one of our projects: the helix built by Linders Specialty Company has arrived! A crane will fly it and insert it in the silo on Monday, stay tuned for that event! Then a plexiglass elevator from A+ Elevators & Lifts will be inserted in the center of the helix. Finally, the lid will be placed on top. The finishing touch will be barn wood vertical siding applied on both interior and exterior to keep with the residence rustic style.

A+ Elevators & Lifts is a Salt Lake City based premier manufacturer of high-end custom home elevators. We are a fast paced residential construction-industry company seeking prime candidates to build their career with us as an elevator cab craftsman, building high-end and one-off custom home elevators cabs. Prime candidates for this position are experienced cabinet and/or door makers. Work location will be at our Salt Lake City manufacturing plant. We offer paid training, paid vacation and holidays, health benefits and competitive wages.
Applicants MUST be self-motivated with little or no supervision, possess high organizational skills and be customer friendly. Motivated persons can expect to excel and have great long-term advancement opportunities. 12-24 months of cabinet fabrication and/or door fabrication experience is required.
Applicants must be able to read shop drawings and adequately fabricate a finished product to the requirements and specifications in the drawings. Because these are high-end custom products, attention to detail is demanded. Daily work with hardwood and sheet goods, and power tools is expected (table saws, drills, sanders, grinders, reciprocating and skill saws, etc), as well as working from step ladders. Staining and painting experience would be a plus. Forklift operator experience would be beneficial as well, however not required. Position is full time averaging approximately 40 - 50 hours per week. Upon offer of employment, candidates must show proof of valid drivers license and pass a pre-employment drug screening. EOA.
