A Living Therapy was designed by a European trained psychotherapist whom, through extensive practice, realized psychotherapy, though effective at moving one past a crisis is focused solely on the mental crisis. Psychotherapy often excludes other important impactful sources to the emotional state of being. The importances of mental, emotional as well as spiritual well being are integral aspects of good health. Certainly, a current crisis must be addressed and an intense focus on moving through and beyond crises must be made.
How a person meets change and challenges is important and directly impacts self perception, interactions with others and the challenges of life.
