In 1982, Susan Garrett was a single mother of three working as a seamstress to make ends meet. Known for her wonderful cooking, she frequently found herself helping family and friends to entertain. The result: A Peach of a Party was born.
Over the years, A Peach of a Party has grown to be one of the more successful catering companies in Georgia, and still remains a family run business. Today, Susan s daughter, Cat, handles client relations and event planning, while Susan and her son-in-law, David, oversee food quality and production. In March 2009, we'll be moving to a new facility in Chamblee, GA. While we have enjoyed the past 10 years in Sandy Springs, this move will provide us with the space and tools we need to provide our clients with even more fresh, delicious catering options. The reason for our success is simple. At A Peach of a Party, every event is of the utmost importance, whether it be a corporate holiday, a wedding for hundreds, or simply an intimate dinner with friends.
