Chevk uot the before, during and final project of our campers csummer long community service outreach. We taught the campers about giving back to Lutheran Church of the Resurrection the church that houses our program.
All the boards have been removed from our community service project to replace the church's patio. Next phase starts next Monday. Hard work! Big rewards!

This morning our beautiful oak tree on the side of the church got a much needed trim. The children watched in amazement as the team of four men climbed and swung from limb to limb. What an exciting way to start the day!

For those of you knew my dad was fighting for his life since November he is winning the Covid battle with the grace of God. It's been a long and lonely haul for him and our family. He has shown us family is worht fighting for.. He was determined to see us again after 4 months on his own. He is not a quitter! But stronger than steel! Praise the Lord!! God is good all the time!. He hear our many prayers!

Ms . Kim enjoyed sharing her heritage with the students. Celebrations for Black History Month in February included her soul food luncheon. The children really enjoyed it!
