Hey everybody. While I’ve been out the restaurant has its 8th anniversary. A little sadden that I couldn’t spend it at the restaurant. I am still recovering and I’m trying my best to return soon. Again, thank you everyone for all the positive thoughts and words during this healing processes. Regardless of what people have said and what they will say I feel shame and embarrassment that I haven’t been open. Please be a little more patient and I will make good on reopening. Thank you for the support

Hello everyone. It’s been too long since I’ve posted. I’m so sorry that I haven’t been open recently. To be completely honest I don’t know when I can reopen. Back on Aug 15 I was hit by a car while walking. The incident left me a broken skull, loss of smell, nerve damage to my right arm, loss of balance and large scars of my face. I want nothing more than to do what I do, that is to cook. This is the longest i have gone without working and cooking. I wanted to share a photo of how I looked before all this. Unfortunately I don’t think I’ll look like this again and I don’t know when I’ll return. This I can promise: I will reopen. Please be patient. Take care and stay safe everyone.
This month’s special: the Tazzio. It’s a pizza taco. Made is naan bread, it was refried beans that have been sautéed in render pepperoni fat, a basil Fresca, and grilled tri tip.

Been open everyday since the year started and will continue to remain open until I don’t feel like opening anymore(for awhile). For the safety of my guest I will not be doing ‘dine in service’ but continue doing ‘take out only’. The hours for the restaurant is 530p to midnight everyday. Shown here is a special I’ve been messing around with called Mac n’ cheese pizza. I’ll have it available this coming Monday. First week being back to work is in the books. Not going to lie, it was a rough first week and parts of my body are still sore or still not working. Prior to returning to work the doctors told me, ‘it can’t hurt anymore than it already does.’ So I figured the sooner and more I work the faster my body can adapt to my old schedule. Like to thank everyone who sent me well wishes during my 6 week recovery and I like to specially thank all the people who came to my restaurant to say hello and check up on me. I am beyond words grateful that i have received so much love. Thanks again. #thankyou
It took awhile but I’m finally open! Thanks for waiting. I have to admit that I’m not as fast as I was before and I don’t think I ever will be. I am grateful that I have the opportunity to cook and even more thankful that I get to cook for guests again. I have limited hours due to my health. From now on I’m open 6p to midnight everyday until I think I can handle more. Thank you to everyone for sharing with me kind thoughts and words, sharing with me stories and passions. It’s time for me to get back to work and try my best during these uncertain and calamitous times. See you soon 👍🏽
As always I take the day off and I eat a whole cake before the day is through. In light of my incident this year I asked people close to me to participate in my annual tradition. Don’t know what will happen this year, all I know is that I’m going to be having today. Happy New Years !

Did a couple of private parties earlier today and then spent the rest of day cooking thanksgiving preparing customized thanksgiving plates. Taking the rest of the night off. Happy thanksgiving everyone.
Hey everyone. Just letting you know that I will be closed Tuesday and Wednesday this week. I have had amazing first month back and it has been comforting knowing that I can still cook.
