Please choose one time slot that works for you between the break periods. There are some that are up to 2 hours in case you schedule a 2 hour massage or combo of appointments.We will see how this goes timing wise with cleaning between appointments. There is an adjustment of hours as well to keep amount of people to a minimum through the day for now. Saturday Midday or Wednesday Nights may be available if you contact me to check. Lunch time appointments may be made by contacting me personally to see what may be available.
New Rules for the tentative time:
1. Please stay in your car until your scheduled time.
2. 1 Guardian/Parent or Caretaker of client will be allowed in the waiting area during the session if it is not a family appointment.
3. Please use the Sanitizer on the waiting room table before entering the massage room.
4. Please bring your own mask if you are able to wear one. If you do not have one, we have some available to use.
5. Please inform me if you have been around anyone that has been diagnosed with Covid-19 or if you have been previously diagnosed or have had symptoms related.
6. There will be a liability form to sign before your appointment.
7. Hot Stones and heat pad will not be currently available due to coagulation issues that may occur, even if asymptomatic. If you have a certificate for a hot stone massage, please contact me so we can discuss your session beforehand.
8. If you are sick or have been having symptoms, please call to reschedule your appointment.

Ideally, as children, we witness adults who can face stressful situations, find solutions, + returning back to a baseline of stability.
But many of us witnessed adults who lacked emotional maturity + self trust. This causes emotional impulsivity similar to what we see in children. There can be screaming, stopping, yelling, or complete shut down.
Many adults cope this way because they haven’t been taught how to regulate their emotions.
This is why so many of us have shame: we react from both the trauma brain + body. We are literally in the lizard, survival brain. Afterwards it’s like we “come to” (quite literally because we were unconscious.) Then we deal with the regret, sadness, + conflicting emotions when we act from the wounded self.
Empowerment is learning how to regulate our emotional states.
This is a practice.
It takes commitment.
Here are some ways to begin:
1. Daily meditation or breathwork for 5 minutes every morning or night when you’re NOT activated. With practice, you’ll find more and more space of quite, calm, + peace.
2. PAUSE. When you feel your nervous system a giving (a stressful text from a partner, an email from your boss, a car next to you with road rage) pause + BREATHE. Confidence is the result of this pause over + over again because you’re teaching yourself not everything needs a habit response.
3. Walk. Disengage. You do not need to respond to anything immediately unless it’s an emergency. Walking will shift your consciousness + change how you respond when you do reengage. If someone else is involved you can say “I am going for a walk I will need x minutes + will discuss this when I return” #selfhealers

Release the old to accept the new
Raising Vibrations

We are literally changing form. We are morphing from a very low vibrational frequency embodiment into a much higher vibrational frequency one.
Note that drastic changes are upon us, escalating in the next three months.
We are stepping from the old into a totally new existence, in all forms and expressions, which includes the physical, emotional, mental and spritiual bodies.
I have been told over and over again, that this TRANSFIGURATION.
We are being transfigured.
In the highest vibration, the True Christedness, we cannot operate with the very dense and slow physical forms we had in the 3D. The old duality, polarity, separateness which we so clung onto and believed in, the judgements, the pain, the lies, etc. cannot exist in the higher dimensional frequency band, and the highest form you are morphing into.
Your soul knows this in the highest degrees.
Soul Searching is a necessary compotent of the whole greater waking up, and it there in whole morphing process. You literally need to shed the old, in all forms and expressions, which includes all false programming, false beliefs, all lies, all illusions, and all which ever felt like you were separated from the rest of humanity, or even from yourself and from the Divine.
Indeed, you cannot ever be separated from the Divine within you, nor can you be separated from your brothers and sisters, your fellow men and women and indeed all forms of existence on planet earth and beyond. Those were the old 3D lies, and old belief systems, and old forms of life, that are redundant now.
Embrace the changes. Embrace the inner morphing. Let your heart open, let the tears flow, and they will flow when you are cleaved open, and these are healing tears. It means that you are now changing into the TRUTH of who and what you are, at SOUL level, at Divine levels and thus you are now ready to step into fullness of soul, in all levels of Creation and existence thereof!
Shed the old garments. Shed the Old Adam. The Old Eve.
Let go of the past. It no longer exists, except in what you are hanging onto.
Let go of the ego and mind, which tries to keep you within the framework of the old programming and belief systems. They no longer serve your highest soul growth and good.
Embrace the Divinity within you!
Embrace the new you - which in truth has always existed, and is eternally there. It is just that you forgot this for a while, and now need to re-member. Literally.
Do not attach to anything. Let go! This is ascension in the highest degrees and all degrees.
Rise up!
Allow the Divine within you to become AS ONE with you, with All that you are, so that you can remember and rise into the Truth of who and what you REALLY Are - at Soul and Ominipotent levels!

Raising Vibrations

We are in the state of immense transmutation, transfiguration and thus a stage where humanity is going through intense and immense changes.
It is going to be tumultuous at times and will seem as if all hell is set loose – yet, look, and see with the inner eyes, and you will see how the New is already there in stupendous splendour and rising, ever rising, as the New is taking on form and shape and thus.
Note that in the stage of transmutation, what has been before, first dissolves into a state of seeming chaos and non-state. What was seemingly solid, becomes liquid or gas and then is transformed into matter once more. Yet, now higher vibrational matter and form and thus a totally new life and new beginnings.
The seeds die onto themselves so that new life can sprout forth.
This is happening now.
The dying of the old, the transmutation, the dissembling and thus the rising of the new simultaneously!
This is not something to resist.
Nor something to fear.
But to embrace.
To love.
To nurture into being and form.
Yet, note this all needs to first sprout forth within you.
When you move into harmony and balance within and unconditional love, you are centered there. You are not moved by the outside world anymore, because you are standing fully empowered in the highest Divinity within and thus are not moved, nor swayed.
It is the time when the Power of Love will reveal itself to every single soul alive on planet earth and more than this, it is the triumphant rising of the New Golden Age and the New Humanity, Unity and Harmony. Oneness.
