A common issue we find in many front-loading washing machines is people complaining of musty smelling clothes. This is a result of standing water due to machine design. Many of the more modern machines have front drains that can be opened. They typically have a connected hose/tube that you can extend out into a bucket and drain the excess water. Additionally, as in this scenario, there was a drain pump failure in which we had to replace it. Please feel free to call us for any appliance issues you are having.
