We are licensed professional engineers and expediters with over 30 years of dedicated experience in consulting and construction inspection services. A New York State Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) must submit construction plans to obtain a permit. A Building Department plan examiner will review the plans for any legal/zoning objections. When objections are satisfied, the Department will approve the application. Upon obtaining approval of the plans, the building owner will have a licensed contractor bid on the job.
