In observation of Independence Day our office will be closed July 3rd. We will reopen for our normal business hours 8:30-5:00 on Monday July 6th. We wish everyone a happy and safe holiday.
Don't be a Victim....Think like a burglar
Case the joint- what are my easy out of the view entrance points? Dogs? Neighbors close by? Light on at night? Does the house look lived in and well taken care of or neglected and no one home most days, interior lights on at night?
I have to be in and out and gone within 10 minutes.
How secure is the door, deadbolts? Extra keys above the door or under the flower pot? Window close to door for breaking, and reach in, is there an easy access window to smash and crawl into?
Where are the goods? Master bedroom, bathrooms, and common areas. What am I looking for? Small high dollar value items such as easy sell items; laptops, jewelry, guns, prescription drugs and of course cash.
Where will I look? Dressers, nightstand, under the mattress, medicine cabinets, I don't have time for the basement, attic, kid's rooms (too messy), broom closet, kitchen, or your bookshelf.

Time for our annual fundraiser for Ledyard Animal Control.
Our Contest last year was a big success, we need your help to make this year even better.
We are inviting everyone to once again post a picture on our Facebook page, this year we think it only appropriate for our pets to be wearing their masks.
AA Lock & Key will make a donation for each photo that is posted. The more photos the more cash for the animals AND everyone who posts will be entered into a drawing for a $25.00 Amazon gift card.
