Our new climate controlled self-storage facility in the West Des Moines Jordan Creek area continues to make progress towards a late summer/early fall grand opening. The (concrete) floors were recently poured in the lower level loading area that our tenants will use to load/unload their items.

We continue to make capital improvements on our South Elgin facility. We installed new exterior LED lighting throughout the facility over the summer. We just replaced our main entrance door with a new storefront door. Next up is the exterior signage above our rental office.
