One of our patients had a milestone coming up and wanted a brighter smile! He liked the shape of his teeth overall so this was an easy case for the CEREC, same day! Normally when I look at the lip line if the central’s hit the lower lip when the patient smiles I’d shorten them but he liked his length so I left it.
