The torch has been passed! Kathy and Michele have decided to begin their RV traveling life in retirement. They reached out to Caryn, owner of Handle and Hinge in downtown Marshall and Builders' Hardware Co in REO Town in Lansing, and put together a plan to keep this wonderful store and its Michigan products in beautiful downtown Marshall. We will miss them so much behind the counter and are so grateful for this store that they have created. You will still find their special touches in the shop and see them about. They are assisting with our fall orders to keep fabulous products coming. Enjoy your travels, Kathy and Michele! Thanks to Richard Lindsey for taking care of all the legal stuff for us!

Our firm represents developers, construction companies, and homeowners in all aspects of real estate development.
Last night the South Neighborhood Improvement Authority approved a Development Agreement for the first phase of the Alwyn Downs development. The NIA will use tax capture from the new homes to pay for infrastructure improvements. This innovative tool to encourage construction of new homes was passed by the state legislature in 2009 and Marshall is the first city in the state to have a project move forward. Norfolk Homes will be constructing a total of 19 duplexes for a total of 38 homes in Phase
