Anthony B. Cifelli, MD, is an internal medicine physician and board-certified diagnostician who brings men and women of all ages some of the most advanced and innovative aesthetic treatments available. At his private practice, ABC Aesthetics in Morris Plains, New Jersey, Dr. Cifelli and his team work tirelessly to renew patients’ self-esteem while optimizing their appearance with conservative, minimally invasive treatments.
Dr. Cifelli received his undergraduate degree from the prestigious Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey, in 1972. He then moved around the world to earn his medical degree from the University of Bologna in Bologna, Italy. He truly cherished his time there. He tried to take in the details and use whatever creative energy he had that wasn’t dedicated to earning his doctorate to write poems and create art.
After earning his medical degree, he moved back to the states for a residency at Englewood Hospital in Englewood, New Jersey. He soon became board certified in internal medicine and provided care as an internist to communities across Morris County. Following his training, he spent more than 20 years as the official police surgeon for the Morris Plains Police Department. During that time, he was named Morris County Doctor of the Year.
Nearly 30 years into his career, Dr. Cifelli got back in touch with the creative side he embraced during his time in Italy by getting into the field of aesthetic medicine. In his current position at ABC Aesthetics, he skillfully and creatively strategizes treatment plans for patients who want to look their best and improve their self-esteem in the process. He and his team work hard to provide an open and welcoming ear to anyone who wants high-quality treatment in a small community atmosphere.
