Dear Residents,
For the past eight months, we have adapted our normal practices to help protect each other. We have been moved by the many demonstrations of goodwill throughout this pandemic.
Unfortunately, we must take further precautions for our community and for our residents. At this time, we are closing our office to the public. We are still here for you and are happy to speak with you over the phone, via email, or in-person with a pre-scheduled appointment. If you prefer an in-person appointment, we ask that you wear a face covering and practice social distancing.
Please check your email for further information regarding our amenities, rental payments, and service requests. We will miss interacting with you and look forward to the day when we can once again get together.
The office will be closed Thursday, December 24th, and Friday, December 25th, for the holidays. We will return to the office on Saturday, December 26th, at 10:00am.

February 20th is NATIONAL LOVE YOUR PET DAY
You know your pet knows you love them, because you tell them every day. Now's your chance to let your fur-baby shine! This month, snap and post your pet pal on the Aberdeen Apartments Facebook page for our Love Your Pet Day Photo Contest for a chance to win a prize for your little loved one. Post as many playful pics as you want, and the more creative and funny, the better!
The winning photo will be announced on February 20th, and we are so excited to see your pet pals in action.
We have received notification of possible rolling blackouts in our area. Blackouts are expected to last 30 to 60 minutes. Please make sure you are prepared. If power does go out, please allow your faucets to remain on at a drip to avoid frozen pipes.
Did you know water lines can freeze at the meter? Keeping water at a drip can prevent this from occurring.
