Our great team of caring experts keeps raising the bar of service to our great clients/friends, so we're excited as we looking forward to the next level (however, I'm not yet sure how we climb above "perfection"). A dear friend of one of our employees is in ICU after being randomly attacked (shot multiple times) while walking on a bike path in Chico last month. Please offer a kind thought or a prayer for his recovery.

Beware the Freeze of 2021! Temperatures are dropping. Water will expand when it freezes and cause pipes to split. Cover hose bibs, irrigation valves and any other exposed piping with buckets, blankets or some other kind of insulating cover. Keep water running a little bit through wherever pipes may be exposed to the cold (including attics). Also, locate and test your home's main shut off valve so that you can turn off the flood should you suffer a leak. If you need help, give us a call.
2020 has been a difficult and dark year for many; we hope that we have been ABLE to deliver some light into that darkness for those whom we were blessed to be ABLE to help. We pray that 2021 is truly a shining light at the end of this tunnel for you and yours and that even greater joys and dreams lie before you. May it truly be a very happy New Year.
Christmas is special for so many reasons. With 2020 being a year of very unique challenges, it is a wonderful reminder to take time to cherish our great memories, to remember those who we may have lost or become distant from, and to commit to creating an even more beautiful future together.
