ABOUT DR. SHAHANE

He’s a board-certified internist with a special interest in exercise, nutrition, and weight loss, as well as specialized training in the latest laser cosmetic procedures and aesthetic treatments like SculpSure® Body Shaping and SmartLipo™ to help his patients look and feel their best. He combines his internal medicine experience with a passion for helping patients look fabulous to provide unique care that improves not only health but beauty as well.
Dr. Shahane earned his medical degree in Mumbai, India. After practicing medicine in India, he gained further experience and training in western medicine in the United Kingdom for 3 and a half years, and soon after decided to make the United States his home. Dr. Shahane continued his training to gain full American licensure with an internship and residencies in both internal and nuclear medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. He completed additional training in internal medicine at Brookdale University Hospital Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York.
