My name is Brent Hughart and the name of my company is Absolute Home Inspections Inc. I am a full time Home Inspector and have been in business since 1998. I am the sole owner of the business and have personally inspected over 4500 homes. I serve all cities across the Wasatch front from Ogden to Spanish Fork. First and foremost I work for you. It is my duty to provide my clients with a comprehensive visual overview and written report of their prospective home so that they have all the information needed to make a sound buying decision. I am known for and pride myself on being extremely meticulous and very thorough. I will spend several hours inspecting the home before I have you join me at the property for a complete exterior and interior analysis. During the walkthrough I will inform you of all observations noted during my initial inspection. I will also demonstrate the inner workings of the home such as how to operate appliances, change furnace filters, shut off the main water and electrical supply to the home and provide maintenance tips and suggestions. I will spend as much time with you on site as needed until you feel that you have a complete understanding of your home. In the detailed written report I will include all information discussed during the walkthrough and include any additional comments and suggestions. I am also certified to perform Methamphetamine, Mold and Radon Testing if wanted/needed.
