HCS has now launched a Pre-Registration Waitlist Form for Individuals 65 years and older that live in Kalamazoo County to fill out.
You can add your name to the waitlist through the online form or by calling the COVID-19 Call Center. HCS is experiencing extremely high call volume even with a fully staffed call center. HCS encourages people to complete the online form at the website below so that the phone lines remain open to those who do not have a way to complete the form online or do not have technology to complete the form. Please note, e-mail will be the quickest way to receive information.
HCS also encourages Kalamazoo County residents to beware of COVID-19 scams. We will NEVER ask for your social security number or financial information such as a bank account number or credit card number.
