Walgreens is working to open a COVID-19 Test Site at 2002 S. Thompson Street in Springdale. The site will operate every day from 8:00am -5:00pm. The location plans on opening the testing site on Friday, August 21st.
Angela Hoover, regional direction at Walgreen Co., said the swabbing for the test will be self-administered in the vehicle and then our pharmacists will run test.
"The patient will then be called or emailed the result of their test," Hoover said. They will be taking appointments via online registration, but will also take drive ups.
More information about the testing site is listed on the flyers attached.

Civil Employee of the Year - Sgt. Dustin Carlton
Sgt. Dustin Carlton is a great candidate for the Judicial Deputy of the Year. He is always upbeat, and eager to assist within any division when needed. On top of being the Civil/ Courthouse Sergeant, he helps organize and participates in the DWI and Seatbelt Checkpoints. It is apparent by the way he is viewed by his peers; he is a great example of a servant leader. He happily volunteers for many community events and department functions.
