To ensure the safety and health of all our patients we are asking for your assistance when arriving for a visit. We will continue to maintain our normal hours and operations as long as it is safe to do so.
1. Please use our hand sanitizer when you check in. If someone else is in front of you remain back from them on the blue line. If you are coughing or have a fever you will need to wear a mask during your stay. Only the patient (and/or child's parent) may stay in the clinic exam room, all others must wait in the car
The Lobby Waiting Room is CLOSED and no one is permitted to wait in the lobby
2. After checking in we will bring you directly to an available room. If there is a wait, we ask that you wait in your car and we will call you as soon as your room is cleaned and available.
3. When checking out we will minimize your exposure and interaction with others, this may add a few minutes to your visit. Please use hand sanitizer as you are leaving the clinic.
4. Established patients who only are due for refills and routine followup can request a TeleMed visit by calling the office. We will try to safely manage your needs without a visit when possible.
Patients coming for B12 injections only can choose to have it in their car and avoid coming inside. Please call when you are coming and let us know, you can make a payment if needed over the phone.

We do not have any more appointments available for the CV19 vaccine. We have not received any further allocation of vaccines and are waiting to be notified of our next allocation by DSHS.
Do not call the clinic for placement on the waitlist, we need open phone lines to manage our patients and to call you if we have a cancellation.
The office will be closing early New Year’s Eve and will remain closed on New Year’s Day. We return to normal hours on Monday January 4th. We wish each of you a happy and healthy New Year!
We wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! The office will be closed on December 24th and 25th, and New Year's Day to allow our staff a well deserved celebration with family.
