Great news for our Progressive and Safeco auto insurance customers! You will soon be notified that a percentage of your auto insurance premiums for the month of April and May will be refunded as part of a relief effort. Since you are driving less during this time, there will be fewer accidents!
Subject to approval by state regulators, Progressive personal auto customers who have a policy in force as of April 30 will be credited 20% of their April premiums in May and personal auto customers with a policy in force as of May 31 will be credited 20% of their May premiums in June. We estimate that the sum of these two credits will total approximately $1 billion. We may offer additional credits in the upcoming months.
Safeco will also be giving back 15% of April and May monthly premiums totaling 250 million in refunds.

There’s something beautiful about when life forces us to shift from auto pilot to a screeching halt. On a normal week, I would have been racing a clock to check off each task, to just move right on in to the next day of the same ole tasks, most likely grumbling and griping about it all. Wake, work, home, dinner, baths, bed, repeat.
But instead, I’m camped out in my living room, in my home, that kept us safe from this storm with my people (missing my Abby though).
Today, I got to go into my work and do the best part of our job. To be a familiar face and give compassion to the already stressful claim process. To just be their friend when people just want to feel genuinely cared for.
So tonight, I go to bed with a grateful heart for all that I’ve been given. There is peace in the chaos, and most times, it’s been right there all along.

If you need to file a claim for damage, please email us at patrice@accessinsurance4you.com, or go to our website accessinsurance4you.com and click on “contact us”. You may also stop by our office if it is safe to do so if needed. We have limited information available to us, but will do what we can to assist. Please take necessary steps to protect your property from further damage if possible. Take pictures for documentation. Call to report your loss ASAP with your insurance carrier listed on your policy.
