Access to Care is a non-profit primary health care program for low-income uninsured and underinsured people living in suburban Cook County. The program will continue to serve those individuals and families that are ineligible for public health care programs under the Affordable Care Act (ObamaCare). The program will also cover those individuals that meet the eligibility guidelines with high deductible insurance plans. The program provides: -Doctor Visits for $5 -Lab and x-ray for $5 -Prescription medication for $15 to $40. For more information visit About Us.
