Our care manager conducts initial interviews and consulations to determine caregiving requirements, level of care needed and total cost of services. She oversees all aspects of caregiving, from hiring and scheduling to supervising every caregiver assigned to a case. We also provide replacements for caregivers should our client find him or her incompatible to their needs. We hire licensed CNA'S, HHA'S, caregivers and companions. Our care manager conducts "quality assessment" home visits on a regular basis and solicits feedback on a personal basis from both the client and his or her family, close relative and/or guardian.
