The Accounting Annex has been providing computerized accounting training in the San Gabriel Valley area of Los Angeles since 1996. In conjunction with the local WorkSource Centers, the Social Security Administration and the Workers Compensation system, Accounting Annex has provided basic accounting, Word, Excel and Access training to hundreds of administrative, banking, mortgage and accounting professionals, granting each a certificate in Computerized Accounting. The practical skills learned at Accounting Annex can help our students transition back into the workforce after layoffs, injuries or long-term absences from the workforce, such as returning to work after being a homemaker. Most students have attended our class with funding from agencies.
