Today
Called back within 2 hours of our original call. Very knowledgeable regarding a very old Whirlpool dryer. Came with the extra parts that were needed. Explained what he found and what he proposed to do. I would say that he is very customer focused and puts every effort to ensure you are satisfied with his work. Highly recommend this company for all of your appliance needs.
