My annual reminder...just got a call from a customer who asked if I called them to do their chimney. WE DO NOT call customers unless we are returning a call you initiated. This is a scammer from out of state that will tell you they have a $49 special in your area. They even said they were Ace Chimney. They will then scare you into buying a $2000 job so you won't "die in your sleep". If you want a contractor to do anything, call them yourselves. Do not ever let anyone that calls you come into your home. Feel free to share. On another note, this is the very very busy chimney season. If a company has to look for work at this time of year, that is VERY suspect!!
