Hands down, best customer service. The people at Midwest Vermeer get 5 stars from me. We have several bores this week. Our Vermeer D-6 directional bore DSR went out. I was able to make a couple calls and pick up the new part on Sunday. In my book it's a hom run. Thank You words cant explain my appreciation.
