ยซ Having worked in the office, I used to play ๐ during breaks in coding. It helped me to blow the cobwebs away and get back to the tasks. In the apartment, it's hard to do. To be mentally-health and keep motivated, I tried a home workout. The time it used to take to get to work, I completely spent the morning exercises. There are many youtube tutorials you can easily find to guide you through that activity.

A piece of advice.๐งโโ๏ธ If youโre new to exercise, just start 10 minutes of yoga or walking a day, then gradually build up. Even 10 minutes of movement a day can help your body and mind feel better ใยป
