Acupuncture uses the body's own natural healing process to alleviate pain and disease. This means that acupuncture treatment is free of harmful side effects. Acupuncture activates and speeds the body's own healing process. It is outstanding for its ability to address the underlying cause of illness or pain, not merely its symptoms. Acupuncture effects are cumulative, long lasting and enhanced by appropriate diet, exercise, and a healthful lifestyle. Yili Cao, Lic.
