Our Friends and Family:
As a community, we are all facing personal and professional challenges due to COVID-19. Now, more than ever, we want to assure you that our hospital is open, and remains an essential service. Our doctors and staff will continue to provide care for your pets, and we would like to take this opportunity to share with you the steps and recommendations we are taking to ensure the safety of all.
We are open and here for you. Our services have temporarily changed. Please know, we are open and here for you when you need us most. We are keeping our normal business hours, but we have temporarily adjusted our services in order to better serve our community. For routine procedures, we appreciate your patience as these services may have to be postponed. If your pet is experiencing any urgent medical need, please call us immediately.
To ensure the safety of our clients and staff, we are doing curbside appointments. Incredibly easy, we will pick up your pet from your car and our doctors will conduct an exam in the hospital while you wait. Then with greatest of care, we will bring your baby back to you safe and sound.
We want you to know we are in this together. Our dedicated doctors and staff are committed to the community and will continue to provide the best in veterinary care. We thank you for your support, patience and for doing your part to ensure that both pets and people remain safe and healthy.
Warmly,
ACAH team
We are still currently doing curbside.
Due to safety regulations and guidelines, we will be temporarily closed. We will be monitoring the hospital email during this time for medication refills, or other minor issues. For emergencies, we suggest Animal Urgent Care (303) 420-7387, and for general needs we suggest Care Animal Hospital (303) 421-8200. Please stay tuned for updates and we thank you for your patience.
We are open to provide care but have made several temporary changes to our practice. At this time we are adjusting business hours and offering curbside drop-off and pickup ONLY. Upon arrival please remain in your car and call us to receive further instructions. If your pet needs medical care, refill medication or food, please call for details. If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms we kindly ask that you call to reschedule or discuss other arrangements.
