Trim wrap on this house in Orlean. We go above and beyond by adding extra detail to the rake trim and put a brickmould detail on the doors as well. We also replaced a broken dryer vent and replaced a few pieces of siding that had holes from the lawn mower.

Little different from what we typically do but its work 💪 We installed trim and doors along with a lot of other carpentry type work in this building about 3 years ago. Now we are removing majority of the trim and bringing back some original doors (if if they open into a wall) so owner can get tax break since it's a historical building 😳
We didn't do the wood framing but we did install all of the ship lap. Very nice "garage barn"

Drywall repairs, painting, flooring and updating light fixtures in this basement in Warrenton. Painting and lighting is about finished up, flooring is going in smooth. After we finish downstairs, the owner is going to move down here while we do the same thing to the upstairs. In the upstairs, we will be replacing three exterior doors and the kitchen cabinets as well. We'll be posting progress photos and then when it's all done, we'll get some nice after photos. These are some pictures from an apartment remodel we just completed. We opened a few walls up changing the apartment layout, fully remodeled the bathroom, modified the existing kitchen cabinets to accommodate a dish washer and the stove, patched and refinished the existing hardwood floors, and gave the entire place a fresh coat of paint after some extensive drywall work.
Never had a request like this but we've come pretty close 😆
