As an expert in client service, she’s developed a personal style that makes her a sought-after partner and trusted confidant, creating a client-agency bond that lasts. Ashley is also highly skilled in branding, understanding how an effective brand can shape consumer perception. This unique combination of skills makes Ashley an insightful and confident leader who understands business goals and keeps teams aligned and on track.
Ashley was born and raised in New York and earned a degree in rhetoric and communications at State University of New York in Albany. She’s passionate about the Yankees and Giants, and she’s starting to appreciate everything that Columbus has to offer.

The Paid Media Strategist is responsible for the day-to-day management of paid media campaigns for assigned clients, focusing on ROI & growth. Responsibilities include but are not limited to executing paid media tactics across channels, analyzing campaign performance, and developing strategies and media plans for prospective and current clients. This individual will drive account strategy and will be in a client-facing role. Must have at least 3-5 years of experience.
The Paid Media Analyst is responsible for day-to-day management campaigns for smaller accounts and ad hoc tasks assigned by senior paid team members. Must be able to utilize Google Analytics and have at least 1-3 years of experience.
