A home purchase is the single-largest investment you will make. Unlike a vehicle, appliance, or major electronic item, you will pay for a home between 15 to 30 years. I take that very seriously and put myself in your shoes when performing each ADG home inspection.
I work for ‘you’ and your home inspections is not biased or "sugar coated". I provide the facts as to the condition of the home and its systems so that you can make an informed purchase decision, and have the facts to properly negotiate for the right price of the home.
I inspect and test all major systems and components, and provide a detailed written report that is easy to understand and includes photos of all significant problem and safety areas. You, the client, are welcome to attend the home inspection so that you can become familiar with the property and the home inspection process.
My home inspections typically take 3 - 5 hours on-site depending on the size and condition of the home and you get the report the next day. Older and larger homes will take additional time. A copy of the home inspection report , and the contract, will be emailed to you, and your realtor if you wish (only with the client’s approval), the day after the inspection is completed. At your request, a hard copy of the report can be mailed directly to you.
