Mariachi music and colorful surroundings set the mood for an experience in refined, authentic regional Mexican cuisine. Signature dishes include the Caldo de Mariscos, a southwestern bouillabaisse, Ceviche de Mariscos Marinera, and guacamole made tableside. Children's menu available as well.Adobe Grill is located on the upper level of the Plaza and is known throughout the Valley for the best margaritas in town, served in over-sized, hand-blown glassware from Guadalajara. Open daily for dinner, and for lunch on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday in season. Live jazz trio Friday nights and live mariachi music Saturday through Thursday.
