Groomers LOVE your dog!
We get excited to see them. Excited they let us do “the thing” they didn’t like last time. Excited when we give them their first “big boy” haircut. We are excited to build trust and get kisses. Groomers worry about your dog. We worry about every tug on the skin when removing mats. We worry when they get startled. Worried when we find a new lump or we notice they are getting tired. We worry if they got a walk before the groom and if they were brushed enough at home.
Your not getting your car cleaned. Your dog is not just a customer. We are in love. Our passion is a labor of love. We relay information out of care and compassion. We want the best for your pup as if they were our own best friend.
